What is a virtual office?
The Dublin Mail Drop virtual office is an arrangement that allows you to work from wherever you are, yet still have a prestigious business address in Baggot Street along with live call answering, fax, call forwarding, voicemail services if required.
What is the mail drop business address?
We will receive you mail in your name/company name at our address in Upper Baggot Street for example: Your Name/Company Name, 13 Upper Baggot Street, 2nd Floor, Dublin 4. Mail received for your attention will be place in a larger envelope and forwarded to you on a daily/weekly basis – however you wish.
How often is my mail sent out?
This is entirely up to you. Mail can be forwarded to you on a daily/weekly/monthly basis – however you wish.
Can I change my mail forwarding address after a time?
Yes, please email us on info@dublinmaildrop.com from the same email you signed up with, listing your new details and we will have your records changed the same day.
Do I have to reside in the Republic of Ireland to use Dublin Mail Drop’s services?
No, not at all, you can sign up for our services, no matter where in the world you are. We currently have clients in 35 countries worldwide.
Who requires a virtual office?
How do I receive my voicemail and fax messages?
All fax and voicemail messages are automatically forwarded to you via email attachment 24 hours a day, as per your instructions.
What is the difference between call answering and call forwarding?
With the call answering service, you will receive your own dedicated Dublin landline number. Calls to this number will be answered by a receptionist in your company name. You can provide the text of how you wish calls to be answered. The message taken from the caller, will immediately be forwarded to you via email. The call forwarding service, again you will be provided with your own Dublin telephone number. Calls to this number will immediately be forwarded to your mobile/landline number in nationally or internationally.
What if I need my mail urgently?
Consider our scan to email service. We will open your mail, scan it and forwarded to you on a daily basis via email.
